Terms of Use
Effective date: May 12, 2026
These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using the Orgonaut marketing website at orgonaut.co. They are separate from the Terms of Service that apply to the Orgonaut web app, accounts, workspaces, subscriptions, and product use.
Who we are
Orgonaut provides organisation planning and scenario modelling software. In these terms, "Orgonaut", "we", "us", and "our" mean the people operating this website. You can contact us at hello@orgonaut.co.
Using this website
You may browse the website, read our content, contact us, request information, and share links to our pages. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with how it works.
You must not:
- try to break, scan, overload, or bypass the security of the website;
- misuse forms, spam us, or submit false or misleading information;
- copy substantial parts of the website to create a competing service or misleading clone;
- use the website in a way that infringes someone else's rights or breaks applicable law.
Website content
The text, graphics, logos, screenshots, design, and other materials on this website belong to Orgonaut or our licensors unless clearly stated otherwise. You may quote or link to our public pages in a reasonable way, but you may not remove notices, imply endorsement, or reuse our brand assets in a confusing or misleading way.
Website content is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, HR, restructuring, or professional advice. You should make your own assessment before relying on anything on the website.
Links to other services
The website may link to the Orgonaut web app, documentation, third-party AI tools, social platforms, payment providers, or other external websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for external websites we do not control.
Forms, email, and personal data
If you submit a contact form, partner form, download request, or email address, we will use the information to respond to you, handle your request, and keep appropriate records. Our handling of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to handle personal data in line with the GDPR, the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, and related Irish and EU data protection rules. You should only submit personal data that you are allowed to share with us.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use technologies that are necessary to make it work, protect it, or remember choices. Optional analytics or marketing technologies may require consent under Irish and EU rules, and should be handled through the site's cookie controls or notices where applicable.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the website useful, accurate, and available, but we do not promise that every page will always be current, complete, or uninterrupted. We may update, remove, or change website content at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, the website is provided on an "as is" basis, and we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or losses caused by your reliance on general website content.
Irish law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or your use of the website, unless mandatory law gives you rights to bring a claim somewhere else.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date on this page. Continuing to use the website after an update means the updated terms apply to your use from that point onward.
